Dot com message boards have aspects similar to private property
and owners believe that free speech does not exist on their
message boards. They are placing freedom of commercial
enterprise over the publics need to easily communicate and
share information that is needed to preserve the republic and
the democracy and believe that such use is Constitutionally protected.
The undersigned understand that the Constitution would not protect
an environment of speech that could not be used to protect the Constitution
when there is no other easily and freely available to discuss issues honestly
and openly on the scale needed and therefore make this
request on that point of principle.
